• Comment: I just wanted to let others know how rare and wonderful my experience was with Blue Shield Security. They are locally owned and operated in Hawaii. First they answered the phone immediately when I called. The person I spoke to was local right here in Hawaii. Alvin had a very pleasant attitude over the phone. He told me he would have a sales person call me back within 15 minutes. I was skeptical as other companies promised quick calls, and I never got but to my surprise, within about 10 minutes a sales rep called me, answered my questions and I set an appointment for them to come to my home. he showed up on time was very thorough and very helpful. I purchased an alarm system with cameras from them to my surprise the sales rep showed back up on the first day of the install introduced the technician Larry to us. Larry did a very good job. He thoroughly explained the alarm and cameras to us put in all of our codes helped us with our apps so we could see the cameras over the phone. To my surprise, the sales rep came back after the install to check on me. I had never had that happen before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local security company with excellent service! Thank you Blue Shield Security!
