Comment: Gisele at the Blue Shield Elderly Independence Division truly deserves a glowing commendation for her remarkable professionalism and compassion. Her assistance in choosing a 24/7 fall‑detection watch for my 98‑year‑old father with dementia was exceptional in every way.\r\n\r\nGisele devoted a full two hours to carefully walking me through every feature and service option. She clearly explained that the watch continuously monitors for hard falls and sends instant alerts, even if my father cannot reach a phone or press a button, and that it operates reliably day and night to provide constant protection. She also emphasized that emergency notifications go directly to family members so there is no delay or uncertainty when something goes wrong.\r\n\r\nIn addition, Gisele thoroughly demonstrated the GPS location tracking and heart‑rate monitoring, which are absolutely critical for my father, who can wander and is unable to reliably state where he is. Knowing we can see his real‑time location, monitor his heart rate, and that he can contact his children or 911 in an emergency gives our entire family tremendous peace of mind. Gisele repeatedly reassured me that this system is designed to safeguard him and keep us fully informed.\r\n\r\nWhat impressed me most was Gisele’s warmth and empathy. She never rushed the conversation, answered every question in plain language, and always spoke about my father with deep respect. She transformed what had been a stressful and emotional decision into one that now feels confident and secure. Because of Gisele’s dedication, I am convinced my father is far better protected, and our family can finally rest easier knowing we have the right watch and support in place.

Very advanced systems and much needed for ALL the security issues that we are dealing with now. Joel did a great great and informing me of what I need plus making sure the installation went well. And he follows up to insure there are no problems and to check on how it was working for me.

It's on-island which means they are boots-on-the-ground to install, maintain and fix any issues. Can't say enough great things about this company and Joel Staggers is top notch from the first impression (sales) to making sure it's installed correctly and well maintenanced!

From the start of our journey to the finish we had such great service! The person we talked to about the system we should go with was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. When the installers came to install they were so friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing. They did a great job hiding the wires and making it look amazing! I am truly pleased with this company and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I just wanted to let others know how rare and wonderful my experience was with Blue Shield Security. They are locally owned and operated in Hawaii. First they answered the phone immediately when I called. The person I spoke to was local right here in Hawaii. Alvin had a very pleasant attitude over the phone. He told me he would have a sales person call me back within 15 minutes. I was skeptical as other companies promised quick calls, and I never got but to my surprise, within about 10 minutes a sales rep called me, answered my questions and I set an appointment for them to come to my home. he showed up on time was very thorough and very helpful. I purchased an alarm system with cameras from them to my surprise the sales rep showed back up on the first day of the install introduced the technician Larry to us. Larry did a very good job. He thoroughly explained the alarm and cameras to us put in all of our codes helped us with our apps so we could see the cameras over the phone. To my surprise, the sales rep came back after the install to check on me. I had never had that happen before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local security company with excellent service! Thank you Blue Shield Security!

Blue Shield Security is amazing! Jeremy came out personally to show me exactly what I needed, and how it was going to work. Stevie and Dale showed up and went above and beyond for me! I know I threw them more then enough curve balls and they just rolled right with it and got everything done exactly how I wanted it! I’m still playing with all the settings but so far I’m loving the capability of this system! I’m now living in the 21st century and I can control everything in my home with my cell phone.
